How you can connect with White Lab Neuro

Joining the lab

White Lab is still in the early stages of growth, and we are keen to hear from prospective PhD students, postdoctoral researchers and others whose interests overlap with the lab’s work.

Areas of particular interest include RNA biology, neurodegeneration, human stem-cell models, transcriptomics, splicing, molecular neuroscience and related areas.

Scientific collaboration

Collaboration is an important part of how we approach research. We are interested in connecting with researchers and partners whose expertise complements the lab’s work, including in stem-cell biology, disease modelling, sequencing technologies, computational biology and translational neuroscience.

Seminars, talks and professional opportunities

We are always happy to hear about opportunities for seminars, invited talks, panel discussions, workshops, teaching contributions and other professional activities linked to the lab’s research areas.

Public engagement and community conversations

Clear communication is an important part of White Lab’s ethos. We welcome opportunities to talk about our research with patients, families, charities, schools, community groups and wider public audiences.

Philanthropy and support

Support from funders, charities and philanthropic partners plays an important role in helping new research ideas grow.

If you are interested in learning more about the lab’s work, discussing private funding opportunities, or exploring how philanthropic support could help accelerate research in this area, please get in touch. We would be very happy to start a conversation.
